In the digitalizing world, we use more computers, televisions, and phones. When using them, we often sit still for hours. If we do not have a good posture, especially when we spend time at the desk, we can seriously endanger our health.

  • Adjust your work surface at a comfortable height for you
  • Keep your feet on the floor
  • Make sure your elbows close to your body
  • Support your back, use a back pillow if necessary
  • Support your thighs and hips, use a well-padded seat
