Continued exposure to the TV screen and prolonged use of computers lead to dry eyes and dry eyes cause headaches, eye strain, and blurry vision. When the eyes are absorbed in the screen, the blink rate drops from 20bpm to 6-8bpm.

- Do it for a few minutes

- Roll your eyes from right to left, and then up and down slowly
- Repeat it ten times
🤔 20-20-20 Rule
Take a 20-second break every 20 minutes and focus on something that is located at least 20 feet away from you
🤳🏼 Keep your phone as far from your eyes as possible, but at a distance where you can still comfortably read without straining.

🔅 Adjust the brightness on your digital display so it matches the brightness of the area around it.
